The Law Offices of Joseph Teltser is a law firm located in Pasadena, California.  

Joseph Teltser (admitted to practice law in the State of California) assists clients in a variety of corporate matters, including

• corporate counseling and governance,
• commercial transactions,
• mergers and acquisitions, and
• partnerships and joint ventures.

Mr. Teltser has worked with businesses in a number of industries and has significant experience assisting developers and owners of renewable energy projects.

Prior to forming the Law Offices of Joseph Teltser, Mr. Teltser practiced nearly a decade in the corporate department of a top-tier international law firm. Afterwards, he spent five years as in-house counsel (including nearly four years as general counsel) of a middle-market renewable energy company located in Pasadena, California.  

He received his JD from the University of California, Berkeley and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.  

Mr. Teltser is also a member of the board of directors of Learning Rights Law Center, a non-profit organization located in Los Angeles, focused on educational rights.
